§ I What we collect

When you complete the Pricing Help form, we collect the following data:

• Your work email address
• Your firm size (number of attorneys)
• Your current practice management software, if any
• Pain points you select (billing, time tracking, document management, etc.)
• Your buying timeline
• Your per-attorney monthly budget range
• Your role at the firm
• The vendor or category page you submitted from
• A timestamp of when you submitted

We do not collect your name, phone number, billing address, or any payment information through this form. We do not track you across other websites. We do not use third-party advertising pixels on our Pricing Help flow.

§ II How we use it

We use your data for one purpose: matching your firm profile to relevant practice management software vendors and sharing that profile with up to 3 vendors whose products fit your criteria.

Internally, we run a qualification review to assess whether your profile is a strong fit for the vendors in our network. This review uses an AI-assisted scoring process applied to anonymized criteria (firm size, timeline, budget) - never to personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for the match.

We do not use your data to build advertising profiles. We do not share your data with data brokers. We do not sell mailing lists.

§ III Your data, your control

You have three things you can do at any time, with no questions asked:

• Opt out of vendor contact. Email us at hello@caseledge.com with the subject line "Do not share my data" and we remove your record from the matching queue immediately.
• Request deletion. Email hello@caseledge.com with the subject line "Delete my data" and we will confirm deletion within 5 business days.
• Automatic purge. If no vendor accepts your profile within 30 days of your submission, your record is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems. You do not need to request this.

§ IV Your rights under GDPR

EU-applicable GDPR applies to this service. As a data subject you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you (Article 15)
• Correct inaccurate data (Article 16)
• Have your data erased (Article 17, the right to be forgotten)
• Restrict how we process your data (Article 18)
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest (Article 21)
• Data portability - receive your data in a machine-readable format (Article 20)

Our legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent, given via the checkbox in the Pricing Help form. You may withdraw consent at any time.

The data controller is Pixite Product Management SRL, publisher of caseledge.com. To exercise any of the above rights, contact us at the address in Section VI below.

§ V Your rights under CCPA (California)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how we use it
• Delete personal information we have collected (with limited exceptions)
• Opt out of the sale of your personal information
• Non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights

We do not sell personal information to third parties for money. Sharing your profile with matched software vendors, where you have given explicit consent, is not considered a "sale" under CCPA. You may still opt out of this sharing at any time via the contact methods in Section VI.

We aim to respond to all data requests within 5 business days. If you believe we have not responded adequately, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your relevant data protection authority (for EU residents: your national DPA; for California residents: the California Privacy Protection Agency).
