§ I Independence
caseledge is editorially independent. No vendor pays for placement, favorable coverage, or review revisions. Affiliate relationships have no bearing on analysis, rankings, or verdicts.
§ II Affiliate disclosure
caseledge earns a referral fee when readers click through affiliate links and purchase software. These fees are paid by vendors, not readers. We disclose affiliate relationships at the top of every review that contains affiliate links, via a global notice shown on every page, and in this editorial policy.
Affiliate links are tagged with rel="sponsored nofollow".
We never receive payment for reviewing a product, for publishing a positive
verdict, or for changing an existing verdict. Commission rates do not influence
rankings.
We have applied to or are active in the following affiliate programs: Clio (via Impact), MyCase (via Impact), PracticePanther (via PartnerStack), Smokeball (direct), Rocket Matter (via Impact), CosmoLex (via PartnerStack), Actionstep (direct), Zola Suite (via Impact).
§ III Conflict of interest
Maxime J. is an independent analyst with no employment or equity relationship with any vendor covered on this site. Pixite Product Management SRL (publisher) has no equity, debt, or contractual relationship with any vendor beyond standard affiliate agreements.
If a conflict of interest arises (a vendor becomes a Pixite Product Management SRL client, an equity position develops, an employment relationship forms), we will disclose it prominently on the affected pages and in this policy immediately.
§ IV Corrections and takedowns
We maintain a public corrections log at caseledge.com/corrections. Every factual correction is logged with the date, the nature of the error, and the fix. If you find an error, email hello@caseledge.com. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
Vendors may request pricing updates, factual corrections, or additions to their review by emailing hello@caseledge.com. We review every request but do not guarantee changes. Verdicts and recommendations remain editorially independent. We do not accept paid placements, paid reviews, paid removals, or paid ranking adjustments under any circumstances.
